25.01.2022 RABBIT SET UPS - I often get asked what the best hutch would be for indoor and outdoor rabbits. Below are some photos of creative (and affordable) little setups The first photo is a tall puppy play pen that can be found on eBay and in local stores. Fairy lights, hiding huts and chew toys make this perfect indoor setup super fun for you rabbit! (Bunnies can be toilet trained super easily also). ... The second photo is a shed hutch, in case you were wanting an outdoor area for your bunnies this would create a spacious area for your fur babies. If you’re creative or handy, you can add levels, or clean out your small old shed that isn’t being used. remember to add flat screen to any windows to prevent calicivirus. The last photo has been barricaded with c & c grids which are extremely easy to find in home stores such as target or Kmart, also on eBay (as well as the hutch pictured). C & c grids are super affordable and you can ultimately build anything you want with them! As for flooring, fake grass, Vinyl material and wood are suitable. Wire is painful for their feet so I wouldn’t recommend it, try to also steer clear of saw dust bedding as their respiratory systems are very delicate Anymore questions feel free to message me! 23.01.2022 Our beautiful Rainman has gone missing this afternoon with a lot of tears we are asking if anyone has found him PLEASE return him. He has no tail and blue eyes. I know it’s around Easter time and if people were to come across a bunny like him he would be snatched up but he is very loved here. Offering a reward for his safe return to Cedar Views. I’m overwhelmed with the amount of people messaging asking for one of her kits, I really appreciate the lovely messages I get about their care and looks . At this stage The waiting list is extremely full, always happy to add people for next litters to come
