24.01.2022 Year 10's experienced Nick Faklis fillet half a dozen whiting in under 60 seconds, fillet a small bronze whaler shark and then a tour of Thevenard Fish Processors. A great experience and a real testament to Nick and the team for continually providing these opportunities for our students.
