08.01.2022 Today we must remember to ask the simple, but powerful question - are you okay? Asking this question is particularly important this year with all the unique challenges and struggles it has brought. With many of us spending more time physically apart, we must try harder to stay connected. We want to acknowledge that working in health means caring for the wellbeing of others, sometimes at the expense of looking after your own mental health. Check in with your family, your frien...ds, your colleagues, and don't forget to check in with yourself. The R U OK? website has plenty of tips to help you start the conversation as well as steps to take if someone tells you they are not okay. Check it out https://www.ruok.org.au/
