24.01.2022 I think this relates to anyone in business!

24.01.2022 Will anyone in your family be able to access your social media accounts, your Will, your end of life wishes when you die? No one really wants to talk about their own death, nor does anyone in the family really want to hear about it! But, it’s important to make sure that everything is in order when the time comes. And, that’s one thing we all know - it does come... Here’s a great way to keep all this information in one place, an app where you can upload documents such as your ...Will, your super details, end of life wishes etc to make it easier for the family when the time comes. How easy is that? Find out more here: http://lastwishesapp.com/ See more

23.01.2022 Looking forward to my first wedding for 2019 next Saturday in Manypeaks. Weather has been beautiful lately, so I’m hoping it stays that way for Kane and Lisa.

23.01.2022 My poor bride had her Wedding Dress stolen while in Perth for the night! She’s pretty devastated, but has resolved not to let it get her down. She’s off to buy a new one. Who would do such a thing? https://www.perthnow.com.au//wa-woman-narelle-duckworth-ha

23.01.2022 What a fabulous setting for a wedding today! Weather was warm and sunny after some worrying drizzle this morning. It was an honour and pleasure to conduct the wedding for a beautiful young lady whom I’ve known all her life. So wonderful to see that she has found such happiness in her chosen one. Congratulations Shell and Nick. xxx

21.01.2022 While it is a wonderful honour to conduct a funeral for a family in their most vulnerable and emotional time of need, there have been too many lately. Condolences to the beautiful families who I’ve been working with to create the send offs they wanted for their loved ones.

21.01.2022 The country has voted and the result it a resounding "YES!" Now, to see what the politicians decide.

21.01.2022 I so enjoyed a catch up with these lovely Albany Celebrants recently. We all share and care.

18.01.2022 As you can see, I am a Marriage Celebrant, but not everyone is aware that I'm also a Funeral Celebrant. Very different vocations, but both equally rewarding. I love to be able to help people plan a send off for their loved one that they feel is appropriate and special. But, did you know that a funeral ceremony can be held anywhere, just like a wedding?... It doesn't have to be at a graveyard, in a chapel or in a church. You can have a send off in your backyard if you wish! It can be a much happier occasion, celebrating a life well lived, rather than sitting in a place that your loved one never actually visited or had any connection to. Here's a great article about understanding your choices when planning a funeral. https://livingnow.com.au/understanding-choices-death/

15.01.2022 A special send off for a special man today. I had the privilege of meeting Ron, though it was on the sad occasion of planning his wife, Lucille's funeral a few weeks ago. Ron just couldn’t go on without her.

15.01.2022 I have a break from weddings for a little while. So, now spending time getting all those ceremonies printed off and sent off in folders to all my couples. So difficult to get hold of the paper I like to use, though!

15.01.2022 Perfect weather for a wedding in Elleker today. Beautiful setting and an adorable couple. What more can a Celebrant ask? Congratulations Mr and Mrs Brenton and Tiffany Smith!

14.01.2022 It is a huge issue for families deciding what sort of funeral their loved one wants versus what the family is comfortable having. I always ask, What would he or she want? Then again, sometimes there are specific instructions to do nothing. This can be detrimental to the ones left behind who need some sort of ceremony in order to say good bye and grieve. ... That doesn’t need to be a funeral, or even a memorial. It can be as simple as going to their loved one’s favourite restaurant or picnic place. Raising a toast and sharing food and memories. http://www.abc.net.au//funerals-of-faith-when-the/10004010

13.01.2022 Super delicious!

13.01.2022 Lovely backyard wedding in Katanning on the weekend. The family wanted me to stay for dinner. I was so tempted since the aroma of the pig roasting on a spit had been wafting through the yard and making me hungry!

10.01.2022 Beautiful location for a wedding today in the heart of the Porongurups. Two uninvited guests of the slithery reptile variety made a surprise visit, but decided not to stay for the proceedings. All the very best for your futures together, Cassy and Tristan.
