08.01.2022 Yesterday was the most perfect day to celebrate Quentin’s ginormous life. The family service was intimate and loving and funny and such a privilege to lead for my Cuz. Hundreds of people then gathered at Town Hall to celebrate his incredible accomplishments. He would have loved how many people paid tribute to him. Love you Quent.

01.01.2022 Preparing to go lead my cousin’s private funeral service. It’s so intimate preparing to capture the whole of someone’s life in a service. There is a connection that is so unique between you as the celebrant and them. Even more so when you knew and loved them. I’ve re-read the book this week and I can hear it in his voice.
