25.01.2022 Up to Yea today in 40 + degree temperatures for the rural wedding of Daniel & Hannah. Hence the hat & short leaved shirt for the Celebrant. A lovely ceremony for a great couple, if not under very hot conditions.

23.01.2022 A Wednesday wedding last night (April 19, 2017) for Ivan & Thuy at All Smiles, Docklands. Lovely weather and great water views made their wedding day very special.

23.01.2022 Looks like I'll getting more funeral work. Performed 3 funerals last week and all went smoothly. Already have another booked for next week. If you conduct yourself in the right manner and with the right empathy, it is a great comfort and support for the person's family. Obviously a different vibe to conducting a wedding, but in it's own way can be very fulfilling for the right sort of celebrant.

23.01.2022 Lovely weather today for a great family wedding at Linley Estate for Sean & Penny. A great fun couple who had many family & friends there for their big day.

22.01.2022 Sunday April 10, 2017 finds us at historic Chateau Wyuna for the wedding of Brad & Linda. With continued rain, the chapel was the place to be for our morning wedding.

21.01.2022 A busy week it is. Signed up a lovely couple on Wednesday for a black tie wedding at Alfred Place in the city coming up in March - and I'm the MC! A sign up due tomorrow for a couple getting married in April in Footscray Park. A wedding tomorrow afternoon in Greenvale, and finally a naming day celebration BBQ lunch this Sunday. Go, go, go!

20.01.2022 Another busy couple of days ahead. A funeral tomorrow for Le Pine. A big wedding on Saturday at Newport Power Station. Should be an interesting one. Our happy couple are Luke & Kaycee. Round 200 guests are due to attend.

16.01.2022 A dramatic wedding today (April 8, 2017) for Tom & Annie at Fairfield Boathouse, on the Yarra. We got almost through the ceremony before thunder & lightning forced us indoors. All was fine after we re-grouped. The life of a celebrant! Off to Chateau Wyuna for another wedding tomorrow. More rain perhaps?

09.01.2022 A great week for weddings. I've had the pleasure of signing up three lovely couple in three days, all for 2018 ceremonies. And tomorrow, a ceremony to be held all the way down at Heidelberg Golf Club. I could almost walk to the ceremony.

03.01.2022 Interesting week. Signed up a lovely couple on Sunday for an October wedding. Conducted a funeral on Monday for a friend of mine's 99 year old mum, and another funeral yesterday beside the Yarra in Warrandyte. To complete the week I am conducting another funeral tomorrow for an old Australian sporting great at Faulkner. Three funerals and a wedding!

03.01.2022 Nice to be back at the historic Willows on St Kilda Rd yesterday (Sept 24, 2017) for the wedding of Justin & Emily. Jan & I were also invited to the reception along with our daughter & son in law, Liana & Luke. A great family wedding.

01.01.2022 An interesting wedding yesterday (August 25, 2017) for Luke & Kaycee at the historic Newport Sub Station, close to Williamstown. The station was built in 1915 to supply power for local trains. It was a large wedding with round 200 people. A fun couple with a fun bridal party and crowd.

01.01.2022 At Villa Verde, Greenvale yesterday for the wedding of Daniel & Philippa. A great venue and a lovely couple supported by a terrific group of family and friends.
