21.01.2022 Everyone always talks about the things you do for your wedding day. Like hire a venue, get a photographer, buy a dress, buy the rings, makeup, hair, flowers etc... etc - but if I'm being perfectly honest here, I feel no one talks about the paper work leading up to the day as well as the person who will lawfully marry you which is just as important as the day itself. When Daniel and I reached out to Ingrid neither of us knew what to expect in terms of paperwork and all I personally wanted to do was just the paperwork without the wedding but Ingrid reminded us we don't need to confirm to big expensive weddings. We can at least sign the papers somewhere meaningful and that's all it took to ignite a spark within us both. We did exactly that and invited a few close family members and friends and it was perfect for us. Ingrid listened to us without pushing us into anything, she went through all the paperwork with us and explain everything, she reminded us of some stuff like bringing a table to sign the paperwork and what would we like to be announced as after we are lawfully married which we hadn't thought of. To top it all off, she is highly responsible, dependable, responsive, professional, very down to earth and simply beautiful to engage with. We both enjoyed everything about Ingrid and can't recommend her enough! She is a beautiful soul and provides a very lovely service. Thank you so much for everything! :)

After all rain on your wedding day is good luck they say.... don't let the weather dampen your special day, watching the bride and groom walking over towards me, with their umbrellas and their loved ones following behind was an absolutely beautiful site. I asked the bride "do you want the ceremony under this shelter" she said "No, I want it out there" as she pointed to the side of the la...ke. "Do you want umbrellas?" I asked... "No she said, let's stand in the rain". So we did... it was beautiful... family and friends under shelter and we stood out in the elements.... the best part.... 05.01.2022 At the moment weddings still have to fall into regulation due to COVID-19, being safe is important, keeping distance is important but still having your family and friends around is still possible and beautiful. What I am finding is that the distance is making that ceremony much more intimate, it does really become just about the couple. The scenery becomes a beautiful backdrop, those chosen to attend due to lower numbers becomes the special chosen few.
