25.01.2022 Meet Carrie and Guy! Back in 2019, they were the very first couple to marry at Anderson Point, Perth Hills. Which makes sense, because it's their property! What started as a dream wedding spot just for them, has now become a unique, private, professionally-run ceremony venue for elopements and small celebrations of up to 30 people. The views are beyond incredible... and something the Andersons graciously shared with Ellice and Andy on their wedding day yesterday afternoon. C...an't wait to share a few of those pics with you! For now, enjoy this happy snap from Guy and Carrie's wedding, taken by Anna Pretorius Photography!

25.01.2022 It feels like my eyes are turning into love hearts after reading some really great answers to my couples' ceremony questionnaires this week! Ceremony writing... come at me! Glasses by All The Heart Eyes... Dress by Review Australia Photo by Kelly Mossop Photography See more

25.01.2022 Its a day late... but a massive congrats to SEVEN couples celebrating their wedding anniversary, including Hannah and Trent (two years of wedded bliss!) and the six couples who tied the knot as part of my Sanfilippo Childrens Foundation fundraiser last year - Caitlin & Brad, James & Ashlee, Melissa & Paul, Stuart & Naomi, Genevieve & Donal, and Jodie & Samantha (featured in this stunning pic by The Love Story Photography) The next big fundraiser is at The Salty Gnome Cafe this weekend, with SEVEN couples ready to tie the knot. Does that mean I need to aim for eight couples next year?

24.01.2022 After four years of relying on social media and word-of-mouth, I've finally emerged from the wilderness and created a website! www.celebrationsbycandice.com.au Thanks so much to Otto Creative for leading my new branding and building the site, keeping me busy during a quieter-than-usual few months.... So... what do you think? All feedback is welcome! Photo taken at Perth Zoo by the delightful Kelly Mossop Photography

24.01.2022 ENTRIES CLOSING SOON! This is my goofy smile (atop a VERY pregnant body) after taking out the Best of the Best Award at Perth's first Brides Choice Awards last year! To say it made a difference to my little business is an understatement, especially through all of the uncertainty of 2020.... If you were married between 1 April 2019 and today, please consider taking 30 seconds to cast a vote at this link: https://1.shortstack.com/7L4rZx #brideschoiceawards #bestofthebest #brideschoiceawards2020 #bestperthweddings #epiccustomerservice #awardwinner #elopementspecialist

23.01.2022 2020 is going RIDICULOUSLY fast... don't you think? Case in point, it's already been a whole MONTH since Chloe and Paul tied the knot down at Matilda Bay! These two are the LOVELIEST people and so genuinely excited about what their future holds together. Their happiness is infectious... thus my super goofy smile in the post-ceremony selfie. PS. If you're looking at Matilda Bay, I reckon Site 1 is the best Feel free to ask me why!

22.01.2022 Swab to save a life! This took literally two minutes before I had my morning coffee (and obviously before fixing my face... girl looks TIRED!) Its super easy to register as a blood stem cell donor, and donating is pretty easy too. The register needs more young folks especially... so head to www.strengthtogive.org.au (Strength to Give) to have a kit sent to you!

21.01.2022 Super proud of my little sis and her career shakeup (literally)! Starting a business is hard at the best of times, but after a successful launch tonight, I know Moni and Chelsea are going to do AMAZING things with @shaken.stirredmobilebartenders The creative cocktails were snapped up and I can definitely verify the mocktails were deeeeeelish!

20.01.2022 REVIEW: "Thank you so much for everything you did for us to make our day so special. We had an amazing day. Our ceremony was perfect and we have had lots of beautiful comments about you and the personal touches you added!" - Nathan and Katy Photo by Blue Apple Photography

20.01.2022 A big happy THREE YEAR anniversary to my beautiful cousin Kylie and her main man Joe! It was a gorgeous day at Peel Manor House and I'm always stoked to work with the wonderful Trish Woodford Photography

20.01.2022 With small events now cautiously back on here in WA, it was so great to be back behind the mic again for Shaken & Stirred Yep, I also MC events and have been doing so for over 10 years! A professional MC can add a bit if polish and sparkle to your event and, importantly, keep it running on schedule so you can focus on doing what you gotta do! 19.01.2022 REVIEW: "I dont even know where to begin. Since the moment we met Candice over 18 months ago, we instantly clicked. She cracked some jokes and asked all about our relationship - we straight away knew that she would be the celebrant for us! Candice is a bundle of energy with the sweetest personality, she made us feel instantly calm and knows all the right things to say. She created a short and sweet personalised ceremony for us and has promised to leave all the juicy bits for when we renew our vows next year (which we are already so so excited for!!!). Thankyou again Candice for playing such a huge part in our wedding day - see you soon!!" - Sophie and Mitch

19.01.2022 On your wedding day, I’m your right-hand-gal! Once I’m all set up and sound checked, you’ll find me doing things like: - fastening boutonnieres - chasing swans away - greeting your live stream guests - handing around bug spray ... - protecting your esky - complimenting your grandma ...and a million other possibilities! Thankyou to Luke Johnson Photography for not missing a moment of the action at Chloe and Paul’s ceremony

18.01.2022 Thanks to Wedding Diaries for including me in this list of fabulous Perth celebrants! www.weddingdiaries.com.au/marriage-celebrants/wa/perth/

18.01.2022 Happy half anniversary to Belle and Iru! These lovebirds met at a Latin music club in Melbourne, where Iru's smooth moves on the dance floor carried over into their first conversation. When Belle returned home to Perth, he had the genius idea of ordering UberEats to be delivered to Belle just in time for dinner. True love, true story! Thanks to Nicolai Abano Studios for the pic!

15.01.2022 REVIEW: "Seriously couldnt recommend Candice highly enough! She was super relaxed, easy to get along with and incredibly good at her job! She performed our small legals only ceremony in the middle of a pandemic, as we were planning on getting married overseas later this year. Our families werent able to be there so Candice filmed the ceremony and FaceTimed our families in to share the moment with us. Candice was so helpful from the time we reached out, and even now, she sti...ll keeps in touch! If you want someone you can just hang out with and actually enjoy their company on your special day, Candice is your lady!" - Georgia and Elias (Picture by Captured By Gee Photography)

13.01.2022 Like the hokey pokey, there are times in a ceremony when Im all in, and times when Im all out. For your personal vows? I inch in just enough to make sure youre heard on the microphone, but angle myself out of the way so you and your love can lock eyes romantically without me hovering between you. On another note, super stoked to be locked in to another wedding working alongside Amy Skinner Photography!!

12.01.2022 Want to get married on Valentine's Day AND make a difference in the community? Expressions of interest are now open for my next wedding fundraiser! 12.01.2022 This little elopement wouldnt have happened at all, had a prince and a princess not met in a castle in a land far away. OK, so it was THE CASTLE, and it was a pub in the little country town of York, which isnt all that far away really... Jodie and Paul were hitched by me, with Red Eclectic behind the lens!

11.01.2022 After a busy four years, the past few months have given me some time to really work on my little business - you might notice a few little changes already! Swings and roundabouts... or perhaps carousels? Thanks to Kelly Mossop Photography for absolutely nailing some fun-filled pics at Perth Zoo!... Dress: Review Australia

11.01.2022 Phew! After an amazing-but-busy weekend, here are a few pics (taken by The Three Wise Ladies) from the wedding fundraiser at The Salty Gnome Cafe on Sunday! We raised $700 for St. Patrick's Community Support Centre in Fremantle, a charity which is struggling with increased demand due to the pandemic. Donations can be made via their website and are very gratefully received. Here's a little breakdown of how even a small amount of money can help:... $40 - purchases a week supply of food parcels for one family $300 - will help provide housing for one person for a fortnight $500 - assist one family purchase furniture and move into steady accommodation $1000 - provides meals to 300 people See more

09.01.2022 Carries vows to Guy still give me tingles... "I could stand here today and make a thousand promises of what I will do for you in the coming years of marriage, but words can be spoken in an instant and forgotten. My only promise is to prove my love for you every day, however grand or delicate that gesture might be that day." Location: Anderson Point, Perth Hills Photographer: Anna Pretorius Photography

09.01.2022 Proudly a business that supports ALL LOVE! In recent years, Ive learned that some couples have a tough time sussing out whether a potential wedding vendor supports marriage equality. Its an awkward thing to have to ask, and no doubt would be stressful. Thats why it was a no-brainer for me to advertise in Same Same Weddings Magazine this time around. If you can be legally married in this country, I will GLADLY and ENTHUSIASTICALLY do so!

09.01.2022 Happy SECOND anniversary to Kristy and Naz! Yours is a love story worthy of fairy tale legendary status Pic by Peggy Saas Photography at The Stables

08.01.2022 REVIEW: "Oh My Gosh where do I even start? Candice was not only our celebrant for our special day but she was there every step of the way leading up to it! There was no question too big or small, and if she didnt know the answer she would find it! Candice went above and beyond then back around again! This isnt just her job it is her passion, and boy does it show. I could not recommend her enough, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. You are a beautiful person inside and out! Keep spreading that smile and making couples dreams come true!" - Tamara and Josh (Thanks to Red Eclectic for the pic!)

08.01.2022 When the earth is your dancefloor, the sounds of the bush are your soundtrack, and the sun is your mirror ball... Throwing it back to this tiny wedding in 2018, where Bec and Lee strolled through a golden sunset with Red Eclectic behind the lens!

07.01.2022 See these beautiful people? I had the honour of hitching them in 2017, and since then theyve made all sorts of magic happen... including the launch of Hamilton Content Creators! But whyyyy should that matter to you? Because theyre geared up to live stream your wedding (or any other event), a service in HOT demand right now for obvious reasons! Hit them up to make some magic for you!

06.01.2022 Rosie the pink teddy joined me on my celebrant adventures today for George and Lillys namegiving!
