24.01.2022 Our first foal for the year is a filly by Fear The Dragon. Born at 10:30 am in glorious sunshine - a very obliging mum. Very leggy, like her mother. She's the second foal out of G1 winning mare, Sweet Molly O'Shea NZ. The first foal is Meldrum, already a winner of 2 from 4 as a 2YO this season. Fear The Dragon has the credentials to be a top sire being by the great Dragon Again out of a 100% producing mare.

23.01.2022 Look at this precious baby go. She was two days old when this video was taken. She was quick to get moving - stood up within seconds of being born even on wet and slippery ground. Out of one of our all time favourite mares, Trilight Brigade NZ who gave 100 percent every time she raced. Trixie is by Champion sire, Captaintreacherous. Everyday she keeps us entertained with her antics.

22.01.2022 Nostra Villa returned home yesterday for a short let up after a successful campaign with trainer Brad Hewitt. She looks a million dollars and has taken no harm from recent racing. From 7 starts, the super mare averaged a mile rate of just over 1:51 and ran the fastest last 800 on 4 occasions. Highlights from her recent racing included a win in 1:50, a P.B. and at her last start showed she is even competitive against the top boys. In the 2300m event the winner ran an amazing 1:51.4, an Australasian Record. Villa, although running 5th recorded a personal mile rate of 1:52.1

21.01.2022 This is "Mickey", one of our latest additions. The first foal out of Cullen Reign, this colt is bred on a golden cross - by Bettors Delight, out of a Christian Cullen mare. 5 days old in this photo.

18.01.2022 After the loss of one of our top mares, Cyclone CharlieNZ and her foal a few weeks ago under the most tragic of circumstances, this colt has helped to lift our spirits again. He is the first foal out of Gotta Go Jazzy JetNZ by champion sire, Bettors Delight. Named Arnie after Arnold Schwarzenegger, he was born a ball of muscle. Jazzy herself is a special looking mare so for her to produce a foal like this didn’t really surprise us. Photos taken when two days old.

16.01.2022 Introducing our second filly for the Sydney APG Sale, LOT 703. "Twiggy" is by Well Said out of a Life Sign mare, Perfezione - the winner of 14 races including the Ranji Bill and over $130,000. She is bred on the same cross as Well Said's highest earning progeny in Control The Moment, $1,227,832 and Well Said is a proven producer of top Group winning fillies including Speak No Evil, 29 wins and $354,300 and Lady De La Renta, 25 wins and $364,819.

14.01.2022 This week we will be introducing the yearlings we will be offering at this year's Sydney APG Sale. The first lot to to be featured but last lot of the Sale is Lot 730. "Deb" is a filly by Art Major. Her Dam is To The Machx whose first foal is already the winner of two races as a 2YO. She is a strong, good sized filly and will be "well worth the wait"

13.01.2022 Our next yearling to be featured for the Sydney APG Sale is LOT 655 - "Jen." She is a Captaintreacherous filly out of Hexham Heartbeat, the winner of 11 races and over $120,000 in stakes. Her wins included the final of the Group 1, Vicbred. Her first foal was injured and is now at stud and her second foal, now a 2YO, purchased by the same interests, is now trialling. Her second dam, Sister Dancer has produced 6 winners - 3 $120,000 plus earners including Royal Verdict, $537,527 and Modern Girl, $122.135. The winners keep on keeping on with her 3rd dam, Classic Kate also the dam of 6 winners

11.01.2022 Congratulations to the connections of Marmitta on her impressive win at Penrith last night - a two year old against the older horses. Known to us as "Bambi," pictured as a yearling, she was sold at the 2019 APG sale. She is the first foal out of To The Machx, a half sister to Ballare (For sale now on the online APG All Aged Sale). This is a family that keeps producing winners.
