22.01.2022 Last week terrible case of Gastro.... Hospital five days..... This week taking it easy..... Quality Counts.... Six massages/facials booked.....excited Omitted spicy, alcohol and heavy meats from my diet.... Starting to build upon my yoga and training regime..... A time of reflection and growing...
