24.01.2022 Love Aluna Joy. She is so spot on with the mega earth clearing playing out at present and she is extremely in tune with the Star Beings. I have done a huge amount of clearing on past lives these last few weeks. Clearing terrible things I had done that had virtually destroyed my ability to forgive others, admit my wrongs and trust myself. These are huge themes as the charge on the world scale levels up. 11.01.2022 Preparing to channel. You build the energies by making a ritual. A ritual is just time and energy you invest in constructing the space. Creating a conduit for the spiritual connections to arrive and caressing the consciousness you wish to house around your psyche as you merge with it. Its a labor of love. I am also not saying that I have special inside information or better instruction. I simply acknowledge that Tantra is a path of chaos that very few have the where-withal to endure. That is the energies and powers are so big, that if one were to step upon the razor's edge of the ...Tantric path, they are sure to trip and fall into the bottomless abyss. Their soul corrupted forever more. And many have. Their energies tainting all they come into contact with from that day on. That said, I am grateful I learned some wonderful things about this path, and was relatively unscathed by the association. I seldom use these practices, for like I said, they bring chaos (a very sharp, intense and sometimes terrible healing result), which can spill over into all facets of your life. This is an amazing guide to dealing with narcissism within yourself. Yes, you heard right! There are so many forums dealing with how to recover or end toxic relationships with narcissists. But what if you recognised elements of narcissism in yourself and you wanted to be rehabilitated? Also, if you've ever been a victim of narcissism, it is likel...y that you may have also picked up narcissistic traits that only show up when you are feeling completely cornered (existing like black holes of unconsciouness in your psyche). I know that for myself I can be dogmatic when it comes to my own views concerning "emotional relating and morality" (for want of better phrasing) and sometimes the question of personal responsibility within my own intimate relationships. But it's easy to ignore because I am generally not like that in my regular friendships, and get positive feedback about this actual trait from them (confusing the matter). Learning to let go of my own views and accept the views of my lover/other can be hard when you're emotionally charged but I recognise I picked up this habit (of mental tenacity to the detriment of the other) from other narcissists that were around me growing up. They seemed powerful and it programmed me into thinking that in order to be heard I have to strongly argue my point of view and that you must "win" the argument. This is hurtful to others who can feel shut down by such an emphatic approach and acute self-righteousness. I also recognise this is in response to a deeply held view that there is much injustice in social relating, unscrupulous manipulation and a very real danger of being used by people (also taught to me by my narcissists who did these things regularly to me). So I adopted some elements of narcissim to fight injustice I felt I was experiencing on an interpersonal level. Convoluted but true! I don't believe the ruling that a narcissist will never admit to being a narcissist. Narcissim is on a continuum. If you do enough work, you can find some traits within you (after all we are all human with human-made delusions). Once you have found some of them, try the 13 suggestions to manage those traits. Some of these include educating those around you about narcissm, not escaping reality with addictions/illusions, being brutally honest with yourself, doing humbling tasks (like mopping, cleaning and serving others), admitting manipulations you've done at the end of each day, joining a 12-step program and treating it like an illness, and, most of all, doing the work for the benefit of others, not yourself. These are all just narratives that capture the movement and patterns of a spectrum of energies, as they play about all around us.
