24.01.2022 Effective and regular cleaning of cellars should occur. A venue should make sure any beer that gets spread around in places it should not be, is cleaned up so nothing in the cellar grows that should not be there. Does anyone have a regular cellar cleaning plan?
23.01.2022 A risk to be considered for venues that do beer line cleaning is the toxic nature of the chemical agent used in the cleaning process.Alkaline substances like these cleaning agents can cause burning and blindness. So what is appropriate safety steps for staff when cleaning beer lines? My suggestion is to get experts in to complete the task safety. That is exactly what we at Cellar Value Solutions do. Send me an message if you want more info.
21.01.2022 While this subject is not strictly related to beer line cleaning, I'm interested in peoples views on the definition of Craft Beer. For me there are 4 criteria, but i am happy if anyone can change my mind on this. So my criteria is.... 1 Maxium of 20% ownership by a large or market dominant brewer. 80% of the ownership must be by independent shareholders. 2 Traditional and or unique brewing process, procedures or ingredients are used.... 3 High hops percentage and higher than normal alcohol percentage in the beer 4 There must be a story associated with the beer or, at least, some part of the beer or brewery
21.01.2022 For all bar or club or venue owners and managers that pay attention to the quality of beer served they should pay attention to their taps each day to help you keep beer in the best condition. 19.01.2022 Tell me everyone what temperature should perishable food be stored at according to regulations in your state? And a second part to this what temperature should beer be stored at in a cellar to give you the best chance for a top quality consumer beer experience? Get in touch with us and we can help answer both those questions plus plenty more.
14.01.2022 Now some questions for you all to give me an answer. 1 Why do venues do the Flow Back process? 2 How many sales do venues miss out on because of Flowback? 3 Where is Flowback actually allowed or perhaps where is it legally not allowed? I would be happy to answers to this questions and others about Flowback if you have them. Thanks
13.01.2022 Would you buy and consume a beer that was poured into your glass when it came though this device. The yeast and biofilm are clearly visible. No customer should consume beer that has been exposed to this. Lucky the Cellar Value Solutions team were able to sort that out and now good beer comes out of that venue. If you need your beer lines just "tuned up" then click on the 'contact us button' and we will be happy to come discuss the solution with you.
13.01.2022 Why do venues use a flowback process? Is it purely about the finance of beer in a venue, or is there other issues that come into the situation to have some influence?
11.01.2022 Which venue has a problem with customer complaints about the quality of the draught beer they are selling? This is an area we specialise in. So get hold of us. We can help you and get that beer in a state where less complaints will happen. Sounds good, right?
09.01.2022 Colours of the best chemical for beer line cleaning. Our product is out of Austria changes colour based on the amount of unwanted organic matter in the beer. So the colour can tell you quality of beer line. No other product offers this indicator in beer line cleaning. So if anyone wants some beer lines cleaned with good info on state of the lines based on patent protected science then get in touch with us.
08.01.2022 A question for everyone, why is flowback allowed in NSW licensed venues? Should this action be allowed or not in NSW? Does it enhance or detract or do nothing to the taste, look and smell of the beer?
08.01.2022 Im sure every one has seen an empty beer glass or 2 over the years. The example in this photo has a pattern on the side of the glass that is called 'Lacing'. When you see 'Lacing' like this, then you know the beer is good. What I mean by that is the quality of beer in the keg is good, the Cellar is well managed, the beer lines are clean and well maintained, the glasses are clean and the beer was poured well. Thats a really big tick for a venue when all those things line up. ... When 'Lacing' is not visible then there could be an issue somewhere in the system that we at Cellar Value Solutions can solve. So if you want to know more please get hold of us at www.cellarvaluesolutions.com.au
06.01.2022 Cellar management is very important and perhaps even under valued when thinking about draught beer quality. What temperature is your cellar? What temperature is your beer? Need some advice, then get hold of us, we can help.
