Jobe is 3 years old, and currently there ARE clinical trials available in gene therapy and enzyme replacement therapy. All current evidence is pointing towards positive progress in development, but these are early stages and degeneration of our children is fast and brain damage is imminent. We would travel the world in hope to open doors and opportunities for Jobe to have a chance at prolonging the decline or stabilising his condition, although unfortunately for our family, Jobe is unable to proceed in these trials.
