This week in Cellar One, we're featuring some fabulous new single vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Stonier! Do you wonder what makes single vineyard wines special? Hear it from our resident Pinot Noir and Chardonnay specialists: "We understand where each vineyard's strengths lie and we make considered decisions about which fruit we allocate to each wine. By meticulously hand tending each vineyard, we come to know each site incredibly well. The exceptional fruit stands out immediately, and goes on to reveal its terroir characteristics over time. Often these vineyards deserve their own 'voice', resulting in our Single Vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines."
