21.01.2022 Hair highlights have come along way in recent years. Previously, a few blonde streaks or highlights applied along the hairline & parting would invariably accumulate over a few visits and become a full head of blonde - not the effect initially desired. There are now various different methods of applying highlights eg. balayage, foils, caps. There are also various techniques which avoid obvious roots eg. ombré, babylights, ribbon highlights. My favourite is the ‘Z’ which looks far more natural and you’ll get away with regrowth a lot longer. This technique is also quick to apply, making it more cost-effective - bonus! Of course if you want traditional highlights they are still on offer but I recommend using more than one colour for a softer effect.
