25.01.2022 This is the entry to Newgrange in Ireland. The inscribing on the stones are what we know as aTriskele. Carved at least 3200BC. The opening at the top of entry allows light to hit the back of the cavern; at winter solstice. Amazing history and insight into these ancient people.

24.01.2022 Congratulations Pauline McCulloch! You have won our competition! Thank you to all who entered and wish you a great Mother's Day

21.01.2022 Have a peaceful day everyone.

19.01.2022 Festival of the Sea has been cancelled for tomorrow. Due to forecasted strong winds, the festival will not go ahead.

18.01.2022 During my travels last year, the Celtic history and art were a top priority. Here is the Brian Boru Harp in Trinity College, Dublin. Wow! One of the 3 ancient harps left; the other 2 are in Edinburgh. One of the many laws to keep the Scots and Irish under English control; a law was made to ban and destroy all harps. These survived.

13.01.2022 To all Anzac soldiers who fought the good fight for the future generations to live in peace; we salute you. Regardless of your colour, creed or religion, you all fought side by side to save your mates and of course the country you were proud of. Forever grateful for your sacrifices.

07.01.2022 Win for Mother's Day! Celtic Aingels has a free gift for one lucky Mum or Dad. You must like and share our page to win. Please comment Liked and Shared. The winner will be announced late Saturday 12th May. The metal art is approximately 650mm and is a Celtic Knot, Knots mean there is no beginning or end and all life is interconnected. This one also means Truth, Inner strength and Wisdom. We are happy to deliver in the Greater Geelong region, or winner can pick up. If further afield we will sort something out! GOOD LUCK and may you always know your Truth

05.01.2022 Almost St Patrick's Day. What a wonderful time to celebrate your Celtic roots. So another Harp post. This one at the Waterford Crystal store. Too heavy and expensive to bring home!!
