03.01.2022 What is important to know about this project that the finance for the hotel, private hospital, medical administration centre was all from the Private Sector. The financial offer to the Government on the RHH was for them to look at the best possible model for Tasmania. It could be partially funded or totally funded but that was up to the Government to review and work with the team on the best path forward. We will keep progressing discussion on the other areas of the site as our key stakeholders of the RSL and the Royal Hobart Regatta Association want us to do so. The new low level hotel was introduced prior to our public launch to give the final structure that covered everyone's concerns for the Cenotaph and the Queen's Domain. We will keep you posted as we move forward.
