20.01.2022 This is the 33rd year of the Centenary Carols. From small beginnings at the covered area of the local school, the event grew to the Centenary Salvos carpark before finding its current home at Peter Lightfoot Oval 22 years ago. 20.01.2022 In accordance with our approved Covid Safe Event plan. There will be some tickets available at the gate for anyone who was unable to book a ticket online. The tickets will be in Sections 12 and 13 as per the event layout map below. There will be 150 tickets in each section available for a total of 300 tickets. We did have to complete the section marking and undertake a site inspection before confirming this. ... There will be a paper register at each of the two site entrances (netball court end and St Cats clubhouse end) with 150 spaces each. These will be issued on a first come, first served basis so get there early if you are still planning to come. A reminder that you will need a ticket to gain entry to the event in line with our contact tracing requirements. While we understand that some will still miss out, this is what was required to get the event approved and is what we have to work with.

19.01.2022 Thanks to the St Catherine's United Football Club Inc crew for helping with the line marking of the seating areas for Sunday’s carols.

19.01.2022 An update on seating arrangements This year’s event is a bit different to previous years under the Covid umbrella in that tickets had to be booked through EventBrite. The event area has been divided into 13 seating areas as per the attached seating layout map.... Due to the relaxing of restrictions during the event planning process, we are no longer required to mark individual seats and will be marking the outline of the 13 seating sections only. It will be up to family groups to bring their own picnic rug or seat, no event seating will be provided. Family groups will now be able to sit together in a group on a picnic rug and the next group will just need to be 1.5m away to meet the physical distancing requirements. You will need to sit in your booked seating section and in the general area of your booked row and seat but there is some movement allowed within the section. As the exact makeup on the seating depends on the group sizes, some flexibility will be required. Volunteer event ushers will be there on the day to assist with any seating or event questions. All the tickets available through EventBrite have been booked but a small number will be made available on the day for anyone who is unable to book online. Any questions, please comment below or send the page a message.
