21.01.2022 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT! Better late than never and it's definitely not the way that the Club would have liked to announce the Age Championship results, unfortunately, however, it is the only way we can achieve this to ensure the safety of all of our members. Following a season cut short by weather and the current pandemic, we did manage to get 8 of the 10 scheduled Club nights run. It's clear from the results that there were a number of battles within the age groups w...ith 1 particular age group (13yo+ Boys) being decided by 2 points on the final Club night that was held! The Club would like to extend a massive congratulations to all the swimmers who tried their utmost best to set personal bests each time that they swam at Club night. We are proud of the effort, vigour and enthusiasm each one of you displayed. Now to announce the Age Champions. 6 Year Old & Under - Girls 1st Place: Paityn Castleman 2nd Place: Emma Watson 3rd Place: Harriet Tindale 6 Year Old & Under - Boys 1st Place: Charlie Lindh 2nd Place: Ari Robson 7 Year Old - Girls 1st Place: Eve Lamont 2nd Place: Scarlett May 7 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: Luke Watson 2nd Place: Victor Rea Perez 3rd Place: Henry Deveney 8 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: Wyatt Castleman 2nd Place: Xavier Goodhew 3rd Place: William Surman 9 Year Old - Girls 1st Place: Kara Torkington 2nd Place: Ruby Deveney 3rd Place: Amelia Perera 9 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: Ted Board 2nd Place: Max Williams 3rd Place: Cooper Kehoe 10 Year Old - Girls 1st Place: Lana Torkington 2nd Place: Sophie Duke 3rd Place: Jasmine Barlow 10 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: William Lamont 2nd Place: Joshua Goodhew 3rd Place: Max Board 11 Year Old - Girls 1st Place: Dimity Kenny 2nd Place: Scarlett Jordan-Marks 3rd Place: Stella Scott 11 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: Craig Cadman 2nd Place: Christian Irvin 3rd Place: Ethan Duke 12 Year Old - Girls 1st Place: Lucy Williams 2nd Place: Bridget Flynn 3rd Place: Tate Pulvirenti 12 Year Old - Boys 1st Place: Riley Kerr 13 Year Old & Over - Girls 1st Place: Charlotte Roberts 2nd Place: Bethany Morrison 3rd Place: Claire Cadman 13 Year Old & Over - Boys 1st Place: Ryan Pullen 2nd Place: Bradley Kerr Joint 3rd Place: Alex Torkington and Isaac Walters And finally the last announcement is for the overall Club Champion for both the Girls and Boys. Overall Club Champion is achieved by attaining the highest points tally across all the age categories. The Centenary Dolphins Swim Club Champions for season 2019/20 are Ryan Pullen (Boys) and Lana Torkington (Girls). Enjoy the rest of your week :)
