25.01.2022 Centennial Park Utilities Notice of Reoccurring Payment Delays Our online XpressBillpay system has been experiencing slow processing events. We have been notified by XpressBillpay that the slowness occurs from the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST on regular business days. This is due to the peak usage of the site during those times. You may have received a notice from XpressBillpay and they are working to resolve this issue. If you have experienced this, feel free to call and ...make your payment directly through our office. A few customers have noticed that their bill almost doubled from last month. This is most likely due to last months’ payment not completing. Please check your bank account to verify and contact our office with questions or concerns. 24.01.2022 Centennial Park Domestic Water Improvement District NOTICE Dear Customers, As these difficult times sit uneasy on our minds, please rest assured that the District is taking every precaution for our customer’s safety. As part of these precautions, the District is closing our office to the public. The District shall continue to maintenance the R.O. systems with additional steps to ensure safety. FLUSHING NOTICE The Water District will be flushing water lines on your street and in other areas within the District on Monday the 15th through Friday the 19th of April. Flushing will be occurring from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. and will start on the east side of the community and work towards the west. Flushing water lines may stir up sediment which can significantly increase the amount of dirt in your water. We recommend that you do not do your wash during the flushing. We also recommend that you check your filters once the flushing is complete. During the course of flushing you may experience low water pressure or even no water pressure. With the demand on the system dropping, the District is anxious to do a thorough flushing of all water lines. ... 04.01.2022 DRINKING WATER PROBLEM CORRECTED Customers of Centennial Park Domestic Water Improvement District were notified on July, 13th of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil all drinking water prior to consumption. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil your drinking water prior to consumption. 02.01.2022 CENTENNIAL PARK DOMESTIC WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT P.O. Box 1546/1685 S. Central Street Ste #4 Centennial Park, AZ 86021 Emergency Water Shortage Notice Duration: effective September 3nd, 2019 until further notice.... The District wells are unable to provide sufficient water to meet the current water demands of all users. To avoid a loss of basic water service to many of our water users, it is critical that all water users begin to reduce water consumption Immediately. We have experienced a record high usage of water. Overnight we went from being able to meet fire code to now being unable to provide adequate for fire suppression in the District. Please respond Immediately. A water shortage emergency occurs when water is being used faster than it can be supplied. This notice outlines the different stages of water conservation restrictions and what is required of all utility consumers in each stage. These restrictions apply to District water and is an enforced County Law. The Centennial Park Domestic Water Improvement District is currently at: Stage-4 Stage-4 1. All restrictions in stages 1, 2, & 3 will be enforced. 2. No watering of lawns. 3. No water of gardens, landscaped areas, trees, shrubs, or other outdoor plants, except by means of a bucket, pail, or handheld hose equipped with an automatic shut-off nozzle. 4. No use of water for flushing sewers or hydrants by municipalities/districts or any public or private individual or entity except as deemed necessary in the interest of public health or safety and specifically approved by the District. 5. No use of fire hydrants by the Fire Department for testing fire apparatus or for Fire Department drills, except as deemed necessary in the interest of public safety and specifically approved by the District. Enforcement: Failure to follow mandatory restrictions may result in disconnected water service. 02.01.2022 Drought Notice Update: Downgrade to Level 3 CPDWID Notice 9/5/19... NOTICE to Residents of the Centennial Park Water Improvement District: The District is downgrading from Stage 4 to Stage 3 Water Restrictions beginning immediately. Within the next few weeks the District will be returning to service a well that has been out of service for about 15 years. This well will help alleviate the water shortages experienced in the District through recent summer months and should allow downgrading to level 2 Water Restrictions. The District appreciates users who responded and participated in the short period of time need to return water levels back to required operational levels. We realize that times like this can be inconvenient! Your timely response has help us shorten the duration of these extreme restrictions. The District has an overarching goal to provide water to all users in an adequate and equitable amount to meet needs of consumers. We are currently exploring options that we hope will alleviate the need to impose water restrictions in the future. Please look for future announcements!
