25.01.2022 Well we’re back! The first attempt at the Birch Barrel dinner was somewhat overshadowed by a little thing called Covid-lockdown. So we thought hey let’s do this again but you know with all the peeps! ... So Birch is back collaborating with Centennial Vineyards Cellar Door and hosting a barrel ‘redo’ dinner along their picturesque verandah overlooking the vineyard. You’ll enjoy a four course tasting menu featuring highlights from Birch’s growers menu and be able to pair this with a selection of Centennial Vineyards award-winning wines. Seats [and barrels] are strictly limited so be quick to book!
