25.01.2022 And just like that our last session for 2020 has been completed. Our studio is now closed until Monday the 4th of January pending any NSW Health restrictions. We will keep you posted as the information becomes available to us. We would like to thank our Centered Pilates family for their continued support through what was a particularly challenging year. We wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a well deserved break.

23.01.2022 Due to the current COVID outbreak I am restricted to travelling outside of the northern beaches where I reside. I am utterly disappointed that I will not be able to see my lovely Centered Pilates family in the studio for our last week of 2020 together but am so deeply grateful for living in NSW where they have such amazing systems in place to trace, minimise and control the spread of the virus and they proactively take all measures to do so. I am in awe of the community spiri...t and how everyone is pulling together and doing their part to help get this spreading northern beaches cluster under control. The studio, however, is not closed yet. Vanessa will be in the studio on Tuesday as well as Thursday morning this week for appointments unless we are advised differently by NSW health. Please contact me on 0415 137 407 if you need to book an appointment or make changes to bookings. I am always happy to help answer any questions you may have. In the meantime we stay committed to keeping you safe in the studio. Please do not come to the studio if you have any COVID symptoms. Stay at home and get tested. When attending your appointment please check yourself in using our QR code, wear a mask, adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rule and sanitise your hands upon entry into the studio. We will keep you updated of any changes as the situation unfolds. My thoughts are with everyone affected. Stay safe everyone. Elouise

21.01.2022 Please note that although masks in NSW are not compulsory, the health department is recommending that it is used for indoor gatherings and in circumstances where the 1.5m physical distance cannot be maintained. Unless the NSW Health department makes this a requirement we suggest to our Centered Pilates clientele to start wearing masks to their sessions as the next few weeks are particularly crucial for us as a community to curb the spread of infection.
