08.01.2022 Just showing Bruce how we make up some of our easy to cook meal solutions. This is the mango curry beef casserole. Not too spicy, easy to cook in the oven for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 180 deg C. Great with some rice or even mash potato.

08.01.2022 Many of you have been in and met Bruce - our transition to Bruce owning the joint starts Monday - get in and say bye to Scott and hi to Bruce. We are so excited our customers will continue to get the same quality meat and products as our new adventure begins!

03.01.2022 Invited mum & dad for a few days holiday on the mid north coast (which is code for working in the butcher shop). Mum just made up a batch of these lovely chicken & vege scrolls. Easy to bake 200deg C for 20/25 mins. They will puff up and turn a nice golden brown. We enjoyed them for dinner last night with a selection of garden veges.
