25.01.2022 Great news! Our Stretch Classes are now available online so you can do them from the comfort of your lounge room wherever you are! Live classes are on Monday nights 6pm-7.30pm. If you can't make it live, you'll receive access to a recording of the class the following day. The new term of classes starts MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 AT 6PM. You can participate in these classes whether you are fit as a fiddle or not and you don't need to have participated in Stretch Therapy classes before.
