25.01.2022 Today at AOCRAs Conference, we honoured our first ever Hall of Fame inductees. The Hall of Fame Award is the highest honour level of recognition for an individu...als contribution to outrigger canoeing. Awards are allocated in the following categories: 1. Outrigger canoeing 2. Outrigger canoeing - Administration 3. Outrigger canoeing - Sport Please join us in congratulating the first inductees for their enormous contribution and significant competitive achievements at a National level: Pam Prescott, SQ - Outrigger Canoeing - Sport Jane Hall, NSW - Outrigger Canoeing - Sport Tanya Sauer, NSW - Outrigger Canoeing - Sport On behalf of the members, we thank them for their incredible contribution and honour their success. 23.01.2022 Bondi Regatta update All all, due to some conflicts in scheduling the Bondi regatta has had to be moved. It’s no longer on 14 November It has been changed to 22 November. We will be sending out invites as soon as we can.

16.01.2022 Sad there’s no SHC this season? Don’t fret! NSW zone is working with a club to create a different style event on the 27 Feb 21. It will be approximately 20km, ...similar to SHC. Save the date and watch this space. We will bring you more details and news as approvals are gained!

06.01.2022 Save the date! Sydney harbour outrigger canoe race: 13 March long course approx 25km 7am start, short course and long course. ... All participants to be registered by end of Feb and we will be looking for volunteers to assist with this event. Can clubs please inform us of your interest and potentially how many crews to enable us to plan. Clubs may be asked to loan canoes to interstate participants depending on border restrictions. All regattas will be held in strict accordance to government guidelines regarding COVID. We ask that everyone take responsibility, keep updated, get tested if in doubt, and listen to the government advice given.
