24.01.2022 The first swim meet in the region since Covid is the NyahTwoBays Swan Hill Swim Meet on Saturday 5th December. Entry is limited to 70 swimmers. Enter via Swim Central https://swimcentral.swimming.org.au//b57a56a4-/nominations

19.01.2022 Central Victorian Swimming Championships is only 2 days away. Reminder that the proceeds of the raffle run on the day will go towards BlazeAid and the the work they are doing for bush-fire recovery. Tickets on sale on the day. 18.01.2022 First swim meet in the region post covid in the books. The weather tried very hard to force the meet to be cut short. Well done to the swimmers who competed today in Swan Hill.

14.01.2022 Reminder entries close for the All Junior Qualifier that is part of the Maryborough Swim Meet this Sunday 26th January. Enter via Swim Central. All Clubs and swimmers that are in the Sunraysia region, Swan Hill Region, North Central Victoria and Central Victoria that wish to participate in the All Juniors Competition must compete at this meet in the qualifying events.

13.01.2022 Swimming Victoria has just announced that Country All Juniors and Country Interdistrict due to be held at MSAC incoming weeks have been cancelled. Very sorry for the swimmers who were looking forward to swimming at MSAC and those representing the district for the first time especially the former District 10 swimmers.

10.01.2022 District 15 Interdistrict Team Nominations are now open via Swim Central. The Country Interdistrict Swim meet is being held on Sunday 29th March at MSAC in the afternoon after the Metro All Junior Finals (which are held in the Morning) Swimmers need to click on Events in Swim Central then go to 29th March 2020 and select 2020 D15 Interdistrict Team Nomination.... Swimmers who nominate will be considered for a Maximum of Two individual races and up to a Maximum 4 relays. The District can have two swimmers per individual event and one relay per relay event. Nominations close Monday 2nd March at 23:59 Registered swimmers from the following clubs are eligible to nominate: Bendigo East Bendigo Hawks Castlemaine Echuca Gisborne Thunder Irymple Kangaroo Flat Kerang Maryborough Merbein Mildura Murray Darling Nyah Two Bays / Swan Hill Red Cliffs Robinvale Rochester Tongala Ideally the District would like all swimmer who won a medal or made finals at the Country Championships to nominate

06.01.2022 The committee of Central Victoria Swimming has decided that the proceeds of the raffle that is run as part of the CVS District Championships will be donated to BlazeAid. BlazeAid helps farmers rebuild after Bushfires and other Natural Disasters. Clubs are encouraged to donate prizes for the raffle. Tickets will be sold at the 2020 CVS District Championships at Bendigo East on Sunday 23rd February.

05.01.2022 A reminder of meet entry closing date coming up - Maryborough - All Junior Qualifying Meet - closes on Sunday 26th January 11:50pm. All swimmers from former D10, D14 and D15 clubs this is your only chance to qualify for a place in the Finals in Melbourne.
