22.01.2022 To All of our Valued Clients, in light of the advancement of coronavirus COVID-19 in the ACT, we want to let you know of the precautions we are taking and the ways we can still groom your beloved pooch and avoid risks for our more vulnerable clients. All of the staff at Central Bark Pet Styling have undertaken an eLearning course in Infection Control Training COVID 19 and have attained a Certificate of Acknowledgement. If you, or someone you are in close contact with, are i...n one of the high risk categories, we have options for you to have your dog groomed and avoid close contact. These options include the following: You can message or call us when you arrive to drop off your dog. You would then proceed to the front courtyard area and secure your dog by either tethering him/her to the fence or using a large crate we have provided. As soon as you are back outside the courtyard, we will collect your dog and proceed with the groom. When the groom is completed we will call you and you can pay by card over the phone or by direct deposit. When you arrive to collect your dog, you can message or call and the whole process will be reversed. We will also be offering a free pick up/drop off service on Tuesdays and Thursdays for those clients who are in high risk categories and are self-isolating. Due to time restrictions, this service will only be available to residents in the general Gungahlin area. Please stay well, and if there is anything we can do to help, we will try our best.
