17.01.2022 Dear Cocktail lovers, Due to forces beyond our control my RSA card has been suspended for a period of 12 weeks. With conditions that I (Jamie Terrell) cannot work in any capacity on a licensed premises. This is not all doom and gloom as we follow the law of Australia and have chosen to voluntarily suspend our Liquor license for this period so that team Central can continue to serve you delicious food and for now delicious (non - alcoholic) cocktails.... We are now open for breakfast, Lunch and dinner with many new specials to come, watch this space. Keep Calm and carry on. The Central team.
