The role of our coaches is pivotal in our club’s environment to support and oversee the growth and development of our athletes and hence enhance the overall effectiveness of the association.... Our coaches not only want to develop their players but wish to improve and challenge themselves in the process. Our coaches will provide athletes with rewarding experiences, where they receive clear, constructive feedback that drives a desire to improve. No experience coaching? If you're a lifelong learner committed to continual improvement, we will provide you with the support you need to bring a positive experience to our athletes.
