20.01.2022 Interesting brain fact - As any parent can agree with, teenage brains are not fully formed. It is not until the age of 25 that the human brain reaches full maturity.

18.01.2022 Peak performance - These clients are those who seek to enhance their performance in areas where they are already skilled, rather than seeking relief from symptoms. They are high achievers, focussed and driven. They push themselves. Peak performers do not want to relax and slow down. They value their drive and speed. My goal is to calm them down rather than slow them down. This allows faster and more efficient performance - as in martial arts. The QIK test (a test which measur...es response times in different brain states) is very useful with this population to document improvements in performance as a baseline and at the end of 20 sessions. NF - Initial sessions are up to 2 hours and include a full intake and assessment on areas of focus + QIK test assessment as a baseline. Following initial assessment, each NF session after would be up to 45 minutes with the exception of the final session of up to 1.5 hours for reassessment with QIK test and success indicators. I’d love to support you in optimal brain function enhancing your performance to get more out of your days. Reach out [email protected] to learn more.
