24.01.2022 A couple of Red bellied black snakes released today. The smaller was inside a house and the larger was at a preschool scaring the teachers. All ended well for everyone involved.

24.01.2022 A 7ft hybrid Diamond / Carpet python cross on the lower Central Coast this morning. He was basking on the roof soaking up some rays.

24.01.2022 Well this is different. Not sure how the snake see's where it going or how it finds it's way back out again but it is definitely interesting

23.01.2022 This Diamond Python was an unwanted guest at a kangaroo sanctuary where he made himself comfortable for a rest. The owner wanted him removed before he made a meal of the joey's that were being reared in there. The snake was slothing ( shedding) and was not in a position to be eating as his eyes were still milky and he was mostly blind.... Removal of roofing sheets was required and the light and noise chased him out for me. Check the coming video!!!

23.01.2022 They lied to me, I looked for them but was disappointed.

22.01.2022 I don't know the story behind this video, but I think we can all be glad it didn't happen to ourselves.

21.01.2022 Perfect placement of this guy for a happy pic.

19.01.2022 Got called out for a large Diamond python but it was gone before I arrived. Found this cool guy whilst looking around and had to get a picture with him. Frogs can get skin injurys from acids and salts on your skin so you need to wash your hands and keep them wet before handling them.... GREEN TREE FROG.

19.01.2022 SPRING IS HERE.......... A big hello and welcome to spring and to all that follow Central Coast Snake Catchers. The sun is coming up earlier, I have seen (and heard) a baby noisy minor, it's warming up(29 this Thursday reportedly), and the snakes are on the move.... Calls have been coming in over the last week as if a switch has been flicked on and they are on the lookout for food. Remember to keep an eye out for snakes as they will love to share your yard and house with you and as they move so quietly can go unseen untill you are right on top of them (sometimes literally). If you happen across a snake on your property keep an eye on exactly where he/she goes and don't hesitate to call a professional snake catcher. As over 90% of bites occur when people are trying to catch or kill a snake it is strongly advised that it is left to an experienced licensed handler to deal with the potentially dangerous situation. All that being said. Enjoy the warmer months!!!!!! Matt. Business owner Central Coast Snake Catchers. 0404 765 286

17.01.2022 This super cool guy here just monitoring the neighborhood "Oi, what are you guys up to? Righto, carrion."

17.01.2022 The reptiles have definitely slowed down and are not as active as they have been in recent weeks. This gave us a chance to get away and visit family. Saw this sign painted on the footpath at a rest stop just south of Goulburn. Had to be careful not to tread on him.

16.01.2022 I dont see a problem here.

15.01.2022 Beautiful looking snake.

15.01.2022 I have installed these on the 4 doors of the work vehicle, what do you all think?

14.01.2022 A close call with a not so happy Diamond Python.

13.01.2022 Interesting, I've not heard of this before but they do pick up the slightest vibrations through their ventral scales.

13.01.2022 Successful reptile removal (sort of). I was called out to Kariong for a possible Diamond Python in a roof. The client had heard noises in the ceiling above the bedroom and ensuite. Upon arrival I was notified that shortly after the phone call, the owner had spotted a large Red Bellied Black Snake enter a pile of building materials next to the house. Pulled this big gal out and relocated her to some bushland up the road away from harm.... Funnily enough after rescuing her we did not find the Diamond Python in the roof from the original call.

13.01.2022 A little video that was made by a client of a Red Bellied Black Snake rescue. Thank you Lais & Marcelo, it'sa fantastic job.

13.01.2022 Happy World Snake Day.

08.01.2022 There was a similar case in Sydney of a baby smacking a brown snake with a rattle and the snake just tried to get away. Completely out of character for a Brown to not defend itself aggressively. All the mother could do was scream from inside the house and watch as she was overtaken with fear.... Scary stuff!!!

07.01.2022 NOT MY VIDEO..... This video shows how small a space a snake can fit into. This Tiger snake caught a lucky break.

06.01.2022 And lizards, turtles, frogs, sticks etc

06.01.2022 What's not to like???

02.01.2022 Got a call out for a snake in a pool. The poor green tree was exhausted by the time we got there and had zero fight in him. Held him up to make sure water didn't come out of him and moved him up the road a piece into the bush.

01.01.2022 Cute little fella made himself comfortable at home in a garage and was getting upset by the humans that were living there scaring him so he was moved on to somewhere he could live in harmony. Juvenile Golden Crown snake. (Approx 14 inches).
