17.01.2022 If you've never tried strongman training before then join our twice weekly training groups. These are held at the Impact Gym in Erina, contact Phil Burgess for more details on 0435 814412. We can prepare you for this competition, or if you're not competitive enjoy this great rugged training style where we will have lots of fun along the way.

17.01.2022 Updated Events for 2019 Central Coast's Strongest Man and Woman. Awesome entry comp for Strongman, and a challenge for those more experienced. Open only to residents of the Central Coast of NSW.

06.01.2022 Open to all Central Coast Residents :)

04.01.2022 I'm starting to receive entry forms for the competition. The first event will go in the reverse order of entry form and entry fee received. So the first entry ...for any division will be LAST to go in the first event. Conversely the last entry form I receive for any division will go FIRST --- urrgghhh :) So get your entry form and fee paid asap. This is a Central Coast Residents only comp (to increase the strongman/strongwoman population on the Central Coast.)
