With so many uncertainties and restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, it is with much regret and sadness that we, the Central Coast Ukulele Club along with The Diggers Club have come to the difficult decision to cancel this year’s 9th Central Coast Ukulele Festival 2020. 01.01.2022 Aloha all and hope you are feeling healthy and good. Tough times but they shall pass. The ukulele is giving us even more the reason to smile right now and at least we have our music. So many wonderful musicians sharing their songs and joy with you.... We are online and have online classes. We have folk writing songs and sharing their new found music with us. Great to see the creative ways of self isolation. Our 9th annual Ukulele festival is still on the cards. We will not be able to predict what happens until August and will seek and heed state laws and club notifications until then . We remain optimistic, and it would be an absolutely wonderful way to come out of hibernation with a ukulele party. We shall inform you either way by late July /August 1 2020, governed by state and club laws. Fingers crossed. Liz x
