24.01.2022 Friday night class

14.01.2022 From Saturday 1st of August the government are placing stricter guidelines on all gyms. We will continue to keep abiding by these guidelines to remain as safe as possible. The only changes at this time for us is that we will have a COVID Safety Marshall present at all times (Nathan or Craig). This person will be responsible for taking your temperature, signing you in and ensuring hand sanitiser is used before entering the kwoon.

11.01.2022 Nice advanced class on Monday night with some of the seniors.

11.01.2022 There will be NO training on Monday 5th of October due to the Labour Day Public Holiday. Have a great long weekend! Class resumes on Friday as usual.

04.01.2022 Hi all, the last class for 2020 will be Friday 18th of December. We will resume back on Monday 11th of January. See you at the kwoon before we break up for the Xmas period!
