24.01.2022 The Crown Towers Hotel in Perth will be the first 6-star hotel in Western Australia. Central Prestressing provided the design, supply and the install of the post tensioning and Reo West installed the steel reinforcement for this big project.

24.01.2022 The Raffles is on the Applecross foreshore overlooking the Swan River with views of Perth city. Project completed by Central Reo installing the steel reinforcement contract.

16.01.2022 An iconic $350 million development comprising of 49,500m2 of Banded Post Tensioned Suspend Slab. Capital Square T1 is a 30 level office tower with an attached 5 level podium. Project is being completed by Central Prestressing that supply and install post tensioning.

11.01.2022 This redevelopment expands the existing shopping precinct by more than 26,000m2 making it the 6th biggest shopping centre in the state with more than 220 retail stores once complete. Central Construction Services Groups operating companies Reo West and Central Prestressing are completing the installation of steel reinforcement along with the supply and install of the post tensioning for the project.

08.01.2022 Central Prestressing was engaged to undertake the Design and Construction of the Post Tensioning and the Temporary Works Systems, working with Main Contractor, Consultants, and Formwork Contractor to develop a fully integrated, efficient and constructible Suspended Slab. Central Prestressing undertook the Post Tensioning package of works in partnership with Central Construction Services operating company of Reo West Reinforcing. The PT and Reo Fix Package simplified Contract Administration for our client and provided significant program advantages. Central Prestressing and Reo West Reinforcing achieved during the peak of construction, an unprecedented 2no. levels (4no. pours) in 7 days.

04.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that Central Remedial is about to start the carbon fibre strengthening for Lerderderg River Bridge located in Victoria. The work comprises of supply and installation of FRCP (carbon fibre) strengthening system to the existing structures of the bridge. We are looking forward to working with Ace Infrastructure Pty Ltd and Vicroads Western Region Pty Ltd.
