22.01.2022 The 1920s-1940s saw a large growth in residential building activity for Coogee. Many of the houses, apartments, shops and public buildings of this era are examples of the Art Deco style. The Randwick City Council has designed a self-guided walk along the streets of Coogee to view some of these historic buildings. We love celebrating the heritage of an area, in particular, the architecture in bringing it back to life. Our Anden development will pay homage to Coogee's history by retaining the historic art deco facade. Construction by Ultra Building Co

15.01.2022 Balmoral Beach on Sydney’s lower north shore has a long history of beachgoers since the 1890’s when the popularity of swimming began. To meet the rising demands of the public, the iconic Bathers Pavilion was constructed from 1923 to 1929. The Rotunda, built in 1930, was popular for concerts up until the 1940s. Both the Bathers Pavilion and the Rotunda are important historical landmarks for Balmoral. We are thrilled to be developing The Balmoral Collection at such an iconic and historical suburb of Sydney. 05.01.2022 The Balmoral Collection is progressing well with piling and capping beams finished. Bulk and detailed excavation are now well underway. The development will consist of 4 whole level residences designed by MHN Design Union, with construction by Ultra Building Co and interior design by Richards & Stanisich.

02.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce planning approval for our mixed-use hotel project at 1-11 Oxford Street, Paddington in collaboration with our joint venture partner Boston Global. The proposal will breathe new life into Oxford Street and transform the historic Olympia Theatre into a world class mixed-use development that includes 101 hotel rooms, entertainment venue, restaurants, rooftop bar and medical facility, seamlessly complimenting the surrounding heritage character. The ...proposed hotel and basement entertainment venue will encourage artists back on-stage post Covid-19 to create a vibrant performance and event space and will secure the area’s creative and cultural future. This development will also be one of the first environmentally sustainable hotels in Sydney and has been designed to reduce its carbon footprint and provide improved environmental performance. We would like to thank TZG Arcitects, Giovanni Cirillo, Boston Global and The City Of Sydney including Clover Moore and her team for supporting our vision, local business and artists whilst ensuring the community interests were well considered.
