21.01.2022 What a powerful day it was today for The Central Highlands 5 Out of the Shadows walks and so so many R U Ok events!! Were so thankful to each and every pers...on that came along to a walk, wore yellow or hosted a yellow day to show their support and community spirit. The Central highlands suicide prevention group aims is to build a supportive and understanding community spirit, so it was wonderful to see people having a talk, sharing stories and remembering those lost to suicide and continuing the conversation about mental health. Our youth are our future and the Central Highlands showed so much support today. Thank you to everyone on behalf of the consortium.
