I understand it’s pretty hard to pay bills when you are on COVID Job Seeker, Job keeper (not that this one applies) or whatever you got for sitting at home all day watching your really flash TVs. It’s a shame really, we started the tenancy of well, with you being respectful of my home, I guess however once I finally got sick of not being paid rent on time and told you I wasn’t renewing the lease, things seemed to go a bit pear shaped. After spending a few days trying to tidy up the mess you left, Just wanted to let you know a couple of things that I’ve realised.... You know how you or the young kids were always sick the day of open homes, rent inspections etc I reckon that it was all the mice living in your beds, or the dead mice under them, their poo in every cupboard, drawer or wee holes you’ve made in the walls , the old rotten food under th beds, maggots, the wet mattresses and the general health of the house, I’m no dr, but surely this isn’t good for you or your 3-5 kids living there. Hopefully at your next home you keep this in mind as it’s no wonder you can’t get a job being that sick all the time!!. Also, you know how you told me the pool pump just broke? I figured that one out too!! The pump won’t work when you take the motor out to fit it to a bicycle. Funny that.. but lucky with a couple more thousand dollars, I can get it fixed. I hope that the bike the pump went on gets you around safety. Also, you know how I gave you a couple of extra day’s to pay the court ordered $4,540 and so you could move the rest of your stuff out as well as find somewhere for you and your kids to move to.. well, apart from not receiving any of that money... it seems you’ve left a bit of stuff?? Pictured is what’s out the front, but there’s also still 5 old couches, tables etc which will go out later this week, the skip company is more than happy to drop it off if that helps. Couldn’t believe the amount of little mini bags of interesting looking substance, as well as the new plants...when the police came they told me they were marijuana plants and meth bags!! I’m not personally to familiar with these things, however with all those uppers, would have assumed the house was spotless. the police also explained that was the reason there were no light bulbs in the house and all the light fittings are broken. You’ve also left heaps of mail, please send me your forwarding address so we can forward them on, especially the $983 power bill. I can also send on the $1236 water bill and will let the driver of the skip bin know where to drop your belongings. Just to update you, obviously the first court order is $4,540 which you’ve promised me that you’ve been saving your COVID Stimulas payments with you increased fortnightly payments to pay. I’m looking forward to getting that. You seem to have forgotten last month, so perhaps it will be this?? Like we discussed (before you blocked me) the next court order will be for the last 3 weeks rent. There will also be $420 for the first skip bin (of course I believe this will triple once we are done), $1328 for wall/paint/door repairs, $1850 for pool clean and new pump, $321 for window repairs, $480 for garden tidy up and painting over the kids graffitied walls... gosh, will probably be another $900ish!! It’s a lot of money, so am hoping that you have a more positive next period in life to ensure that you don’t continue to live in debt. Perhaps your new motorised bike will be a good transport to get to work?? I wanted to also say, you clearly have heaps of skills, growing interesting plants, turning anything with a motor into a mode of transport, finding and installing random doors, utilising light bulbs for purposes which don’t create light... surely these skills would make one highly employable?? Like I said, let me know you address so I can forward things on, also you have my bank account so feel free to pay your debts as soon as possible.
