25.01.2022 We have some good and bad news this week, we have lost one of our amazing cleaners as she is moving but in her place we have gained a new asset. We are welcoming Mel to our team who will be going around getting used to our team and our clients over the next 2 weeks. The best part After the 2 week period I have shuffled the schedule and come up with the below availability!!! 25.01.2022 Im not quite sure what it says about me when I get excited about trying new products on the weekend but these smells are so good. Not to mention made in Australia (which, just quietly, will always influence my purchases). Doing my own end of lease soon and can't wait to put the solvent to the test on top and up the back of cupboards ... the strangest things excite me

18.01.2022 Sooo after my email went down my car magnet also broke and I know I always wanted blue as the work colour so I thought.. let's start from scratch you guys have seen my new logo (with new cards, car magnets, stationary on the way). Now, check out my new website!!!

12.01.2022 What are we doing do ensure the safety of our staff and clients??? Given the health concerns at the current moment and the fact that we are coming into peoples homes we understand there can be some anxiousness about everything. I can assure you that our staff take great care in their health and are instructed to not work if they are showing any symptoms, we also ask in return that if you have an upcoming appointment and show symptoms please cancel or reschedule. ... Finally, our most recent implementation, this week my staff and I have been completing the Australian government issued training to receive a certificate of acknowledgment for infection control training - COVID-19. If you have any concerns at all during this time, feel free to ask!!!

09.01.2022 So I did something new uh oh. Australian made, eco-friendly, septic safe... and work! I am happy to say I am now a reseller of the Euca range. I will only stock cleaning products that we use but will be happy to order anything else you would like from the below items :D... Once I get my wonderfully techy lady to help me set it up these will all be on my website :) but you can also send an email or message if you would like to contact me.

05.01.2022 Apart from having a shopping problem... I have been trying out new products with the possibility of going into sales, but of course I wouldn't want to sell a product I wouldn't want to use myself . So now I have to buy everything and try it out

04.01.2022 Regardless of what you think about her (I know people can love or hate her) I felt she nailed this. We always aim to keep cleaners on the same jobs, we want them to build a connection with their clients. After all, they are going through your house we want you to be able to trust us as People and the work we do.

04.01.2022 *How we have changed* although we are still functioning as before, I do have some slight changes to help the mental and physical health of my staff in the current time! - If someone in your house is sick and undiagnosed, please cancel or reschedule. this can be done by talking to me, your cleaner or yourself through the email reminder that comes out a day or 2 before your clean. ... - if you are sick and diagnosed with something, if contagious again, please cancel. but if it is not contagious please inform you cleaner before the clean so we can jointly make the decision to continue our not. - if my cleaner finds out during a clean that someone in the house is sick and they have not been warned, they have the right to leave without warning and you will only be charged for the time they are there. please remember your cleaner is a person with a family, we ask that at all times you let your cleaner know if someone in the house is unwell. At this time especially not only for their physical but also mental health I hope we can all work together. Remember it is so much easier to cancel or reschedule 1 appt than it is a week or 2 if a cleaner gets sick. we thank you so much for your support and hope to continue to help our clients as much as possible going forward.
