Whether it's a ball, throwing or body movement sport, accuracy is required to be move the body in the most efficient way to achieve an outcome. At CVP we develop our accuracy with exercise such as Wall Balls and Box jumps which will have exponential carry over into sports.

19.01.2022 See you VERY soon! Central Vic Performance Centre will be closed as of 11.59pm Wednesday 5th August, we will be closed for 6 weeks or until further restrictions are lifted. As with our last closure, all memberships will be suspended during this time:... Debits will be suspended for direct debit memberships. Upfront memberships will have their end date adjusted accordingly. CVP will offer ongoing programming: Weightlifting Functional Fitness Masks, sanitising and social distancing procedures will still be in place from now until Wednesday, to ensure the safety of all members in the meantime.
