16.01.2022 This Sunday we're BACK LIVE!! For the past few Sundays we've been doing some test-runs, to make sure that our return to doing live in-person services works safely. They've gone really well, so this Sunday 19th July we are ready to get back to doing Sundays Live! Onsite at Lawson at 8:30am and 10am.... The 10am Service will also be Livestreamed if you can't make it in person. And our Kids Church program will be running at 10am. It'll be GREAT to be back together - but we're also working hard to keep things COVID-safe. This means no congregational singing, maintaining 1.5m social distancing, full cleaning of church facilities before and after each gathering, limits on numbers in each building, and a special no-touch Morning Tea. Can't wait to see you!

Help stretch your budget a bit further this week - $2 gets you a STACK of quality fresh fruit and veg For all Pension/Healthcare/Immigration card holders, and any others who are in need.... (Sadly our usual Afternoon Tea is still not able to run due to COVID, but we are hoping it will be able to start again soon.)

06.01.2022 This Wednesday arvo (2-3pm) our fantastic Fresh Food Pantry will be open! COVID has made life complex for all of us, and if you are finding it hard to make your budget stretch as far as it needs to, then the Pantry is here to help. For a $2 contribution you'll head home with a BIG bag, chock-full of quality fresh fruit and veg (and usually some bread, too!).... With thanks to our partners, Anglicare Sydney, who bring the Pantry to us in the Mountains.

05.01.2022 God has a heart for the homeless and the lost, and so do we! That’s why we are working with the Community Refugee Sponsorship Initiative to see our church family provide support to help Refugees find a new home in the Mountains. Today we are hosting training, run by CRSI, to help a bunch of local community groups to get better at caring for Refugees. Thanks for coming to train us!

02.01.2022 EASING OF CHURCH RESTRICTIONS!! This Sunday we're getting together to celebrate how Jesus changes lives, and as we do, things are taking a BIG step back to normal! - Masks are no longer mandatory (though wear one if you prefer!).... - Seating Capacity at both 8:30 and 10am will double. This means more people can be in the Auditorium for 10am Church, with the Emmanuel Church overflow remaining for those who desire more space. - Food and drinks will be served. - Sadly congregational singing is still discouraged, and we are lobbying the NSW Government for a change to this guidance. We will continue to livestream our 10am Service for those who are unable to gather with us in person. But if you have been desiring to return to in-person church, now is the time to head on back! No need to book. Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday!
