Injury prevention should be an important part of every physical activity, because it not only helps you achieve your training goals but also keeps you healthy and safe. We all have occupations outside of our chosen sports that also require us to be at optimal health too! ... It’s been another fantastic year within CWOT, with lots to celebrate. The expanding of our services with the amazing Amy joining, to cater for Paediatric Occupational Therapy needs, our move into our new clinic and our servicing distance ever expanding, reiterating the need for more allied health providers in the country. ...
