The deep hamstrings engaged and the body elongated. Heels together will help to protect your student's knees. If the student with hyperextended legs works with their heels apart, they will lock back into their knees which often leads to injury.

04.01.2022 TEMPORARY STUDIO CLOSURE Due to the ever changing and worsening conditions regarding COVID-19, and the announcement from the NSW premier that all non-essential services will stop over the next 48 hours, it is with sadness that I announce that Centre Stage School of Dance will be temporarily closed for the rest of Term 1. All classes will cease from Monday March 23rd- Thursday April 9th. I will assess the situation in the lead up to commencement of Term 2 and advise when class...es can resume. All students have been sent an email with further information. Thank you for your support during this difficult time, I hope everyone stays safe and well over this period of closure and I look forward to resuming classes with enthusiasm and renewed energy when it is safe to do so.
