She has won the 2020 Simpson Prize for Cancer Research for her paper published in the journal Blood titled: Modeling the safe minimum frequency of molecular monitoring for CML patients attempting treatment-free remission. The award recognises outstanding research undertaken at the Royal Adelaide Hospital or SA Pathology and is presented for the best published paper by an early career researcher.
