12.01.2022 Uniting Vic.Tas, Centre for Participation and Wimmera Southern Mallee LLEN are joining forces to highlight the need for more youth mentors throughout March Mentoring Month. The theme this year is #hatsofftomentors and our organisations are appealing to people to consider volunteering and filling the hat of a youth mentor. The awareness campaign and information sessions will provide prospective mentors and the broader community with an overview of youth mentoring in the Wimmer...a Southern Mallee region, plus highlight the 3 current mentoring programs that support young people in Out of Home Care Better Futures, Mates Mentoring and L2P Learning Drive Mentor programs. 11.01.2022 Start the year off right with a First Aid certificate. Learners will develop the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response, life support and management of casualties.
