These expansive pieces have been manufactured in Australia at the Bianco Precast plant in South Australia and are taking the team a whopping two months to install! 24.01.2022 Try our Marvellous Melbourne G&T! The team at CENTREPIECE have curated their take on a classic Gin and Tonic for you to make at home, just in time for the Festive Season. For one cocktail you’ll need: 45ml of your favourite gin (we are using award winning @fourpillarsgin Rare Dry Gin) 150ml of the very best tonic (we love Melbourne’s @capisparkling Dry Tonic)... Half a lime, cut into wedges A few sprigs of fresh mint Stick of lemongrass A large glass Lots of ice Fill your glass with ice and add in your gin. Squeeze the juice from one or two of the lime wedges into the glass and then add to glass with remaining wedges. Top with tonic. Follow with a few sprigs of mint and stir.
