03.01.2022 COVID-19 // Coronavirus update We want to assure all of our clients that we are taking extra precautions to ensure that our clinic remains as clean & hygienic as possible. We are increasing the frequency of sanitisation and cleaning of our practice, providing additional hand sanitisers, removing bed covers so we can wipe down after every client & we are encouraging diligent hygiene practices with all of our staff. There are also a few ways that you, our clients, can assist ...us in providing a safe & hygienic workout space: 1. Sanitise or wash your hands. When you arrive at the practice, wash (or sanitise) your hands to remove any germs to keep our equipment and space clean. Likewise, after your treatment/class, wash your hands to ensure you protect yourself and leave clean, healthy and protected. 2. Wipe Equipment down after class. We will distribute antibacterial wipes at the end of every class. These wipes are specially formulated with a disinfectant that stops bacteria and germs in their tracks, helping to prevent the spread of colds, flu, and other contagious infection in our studio. Please ensure you thoroughly wipe down your bed and all equipment. 3. Stay home you if you are sick If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home to minimise the spread. we want you to take care of yourself and keep our community healthy and safe. We are currently waiving our cancelation policy fees if you are unwell to ensure the health of our staff and other clients. 4. Bring your own towel to class We will have a limited amounts available & this will help to ensure that we don't run out. 5. Wear grip socks to all your classes This will also help to decrease the spread of germs between clients using the reformers. If you don't have a pair, they are available at reception to purchase. RememberOur customers are sometimes injured and not sick. Many experts, whilst cautioning on the gym environments, are also stating that fitness and exercise improves your health and helps build a strong immune system. Our ongoing focus is the health, wellness and fitness of all of our clients, this isn't going to change. So, if you feel well then we encourage you to KEEP coming!
