23.01.2022 That's me done for this year! Looking forward to having a little break to get some rest and spend time with those close to me. Jobs and organisations are constantly evolving and that means that our satisfaction and what we get out of work changes over time. ... For me, I have felt unsettled a few times. It starts off as a little niggle and eventually the feeling gets stronger over time. If we leave it too long, it can leave you feeling really yuk and unsatisfied at work. I have a huge focus in my business to provide online training and programs (thanks to COVID ) but I still do face to to face training, mainly around my local area! I love the little things about Christmas. It's the smell of the tree, having some good ham and putting up the deco's around the house! Oh and I love the Christmas movies on TV....
