25.01.2022 Queenscliffe Hub is an exciting new integrated research and learning centre. The Hub (situated on Hesse Street, Queenscliffe, Victoria) has been thoughtfully designed to protect and uplift the heritage of the site, which includes the Library, Museum and Visitor Information Centre. These are the latest rendered images showcasing the new design. Were excited to be working on the redevelopment which will offer additional usable floor space for each of the tenants, along with sh...ared common facilities and community spaces. The new flexible auditorium, outdoor courtyards at the front and rear of the building; casual meeting areas; improved public seating, and bike parking will all be welcome improvements for visitors at the Hub. 25.01.2022 Flashback Friday! This is Hurstville Central Shopping Centre back in 1978. With @transportfornsw currently in the process of replacing the entrance/exit escalators between Forest Road and Hurstville Central, we were interested to learn these were the first escalators, between street level and concourse, to be installed at a train station in Sydney. Given these escalators are one of the key entryways into Hurstville Central Shopping Centre, a property that is proudly managed by Cerno Property Services, we are certainly excited to see the project take shape. 24.01.2022 The newly installed escalators leading into Hurstville Central Shopping Centre are up and running! Hurstville Central Shopping Centre is home to Coles, Adams Apple, Tong Li Supermarket, Tosca Seafood, McDonalds and Priceline, along with a variety of specialty shops. It also provides entry into Hurstville Train Station, one of the busiest train stations in Sydney. Given the large volume of people coming through the escalators to gain access to either the train station or the... amentities of Hurstville Central, its great to see services upgrades supporting the flow of foot traffic. The escalator replacement project was managed and funded by Transport NSW. Due to the location of the escalators leading into Hurstville Central Shopping Centre, which is managed by Cerno Property Services, we have been working closely with @transportfornsw throughout the project process. The scope of work included the full refurbishment of the floor to provide 14 new centrally-managed teaching spaces, student touch down zones, and state-of-the-art Audio Visual specialist teaching spaces for Social Science and Language studies, for a total teaching capacity of 600 student seats across the floor. The project also included major upgrades to mechanical and electrical services to accommodate the increas...ed population of the floor, and to replace end-of-life assets servicing the building.
