24.01.2022 The big man upstairs decided to crank up the heat a little today so todays session has been moved to 7pm. It will be held at Scarborough park (end of Pasadena Street, Monterey). 17.01.2022 Transformation Tuesday came early! Certified Fitness' first client John Filipopulous with the before and after shot of his 12 week transformation. John lost a total of 12 kilos throughout the program while also gaining muscle strength and hypertrophy. The plan of action was to include one on one training sessions with a nutritionally balanced diet plan to help achieve results.

So if you want to be rocking a 'hot bod' at Tropicana come down to Scarborough park (end of Pasadena street) 6:30pm.
